Proper sleep is the most important thing for a fit body, and its absence can cause a lot of mess and even serious illness if you take all of the tips above but don’t get a good sleep.
Sleep time varies from age to age, but for a child, the minimum time is 8 hours for a minimum of 7 years old, and for older people, 6 hours of sleep is required. For pregnant women, it takes longer to sleep than normal women. Disturbing sleep can also cause physical problems.
