When a person is not drinking enough water, his body cells shrink. If a microorganism or a foreign material attacks on that cell, the defence mechanism fails to protect it. As a result, the dehydrated body fails to develop immunity. Dehydration slows down the lymph leading to an impaired immune system. People consider sweating as water loss but we are constantly losing water through breathing, bowel movements and urination. So it is important to hydrate the body continuously.
Stress is the main basis for every other disease. It weakens major systems of our body. When our body encounters a situation of stress, a stress response is activated suppressing the immune system. Hence the probability of infections or illness is much higher during stress condition. So, it is important to relieve stress. There are many ways through which we can relieve stress. It can be meditation, a smile, aloofness, crying or smiling hysterically. So keep yourself away from stress and enjoy every other moment of life. Thus taking less stress will boost immunity.
Take Proper Sleep
Sleep is a precious gift from God. God has designed our universe such as night are specified for sleep and days are for work. Night sleep is very important for provoking good health. At night certain radiations are emitted naturally. To absorb them it is necessary to sleep. If we aren’t taking sound night sleep then chances of various types of cancers increases. Take at least hours of sleep. Sleep helps to function the organs properly. Organs work properly when the sleep cycle is working fine. Thus, sleep helps to boost immunity.
It is important to take a balanced diet to boost immunity. A balanced diet should have every good nutrient in a particular proportion. Our immune system needs a balanced diet to work properly. This means that we should include vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, nuts, meat and dairy products in our diet. It will help to maintain good health. Vitamins like vitamin B, C and D are important in fortifying our body. If you are not taking a balanced diet and not good at health, you are at stake of infections and illness.
