New treatments, smart nutrition and better physical shape, are all reasons why we can live longer
Owing to advances in research, technology and medicine, there is a strong possibility that you can be aged differently than your ancestors. So if you don’t already know these principles, or if you don’t apply them, maybe it’s time to get started. Let’s read some anti-ageing tips
Ageing does not necessarily mean wasting away. You can have an excellent quality of life up to the age of 80, even as you get older. And the benefits of the physical exercise you’ve been doing throughout your life can be felt later in life. A Canadian study showed that athletes in their 80s had 30% more motor units in the muscle tissue in their legs than older people who were sedentary. This is because their muscle cells are comparable to those of people decades younger.

2-Adopt a new attitude towards ageing

8-More volunteering, more health benefits
Having a more positive outlook about your age can boost your willingness to engage in activities, such as volunteering, which will improve your quality of life later in life. Seniors – who have more time in retirement – volunteer more than any other age group, according to the Corporation for National and Community Service. More and more, older people want to give back to others what life has given them.
A recent study from the University of Illinois found that the number of American retirees volunteering abroad increased by 60% in less than ten years.
